Bear Greengrass sells bagels and lox in 1930s New York City. While he is rude on the surface, he has a heart of gold inside. Do not ask him about rainbow bagels because he hates the trends. He is directly inspired to my visits to Barney Greengrass, an actual bagel shop on the upper west side.
